Wednesdays:
17:15-18:00 BJJ Kids (4-6 yrs.)
18:00-19:00 BJJ Kids (7-15 yrs.)
Saturdays:
9:30-10:15 BJJ Kids (4-6 yrs.)
10:15-11:15 BJJ Kids (7-10 yrs.)
11:15-12:15 BJJ Kids (11-15 yrs.)

At Frota Academy, we’ll be taking a short break for the winter holidays.
Dear parents,
Before the Winter Holidays we are going to have our Kids Graduation!
It will happen on Saturday 13.12.2025 at 10:00.
Please note that there will be no regular class.
All the students should be together at 10:00 on the mat with the kimono.
The graduation will finish at 12:00.
We kindly ask you to pass by the reception on that day to pay the Graduation fee.
You all are invited to be inside the Gym to watch your kids on the mat.
